Crazy Fucker Tries To Break In And Gets Blasted

I wish there was more information. Where exactly was the truck and his sister, on the side of the road? Was it broke down or just parked? Were the lights on in the house? I'm curious as to what this guys intentions were. Was he breaking in to rob them or rape them or was he in desperate need of a phone or something. There's so many different possibilities, it's hard to conclude what really was going on without more information.

I have to agree though that the lady should've at least yelled or something. Don't get me wrong though, if you're going to break into somebody's house you should expect to get shot if someone's home. Three kids from my hometown were shot and killed in San Marcos a couple months ago when they broke into a home to steal a marijuana shipment.

This reminds me to clean my 'berg (835) and my Remmy (870).

Also, reminds me to ask for a Knoxx SpecOp stock for Christmas. (can't have too much recoil when blowing the arm off an intruder :) )

Whilst this story has a positive outcome, for every story like this, there's another about someone that accidentally shot a drunk spouse, stupid kid, or Bill Murray playing a prank.

824 Accidental Gun deaths were reported in the US last year. Over 18,000 assassination happened. Get your facts straight before you go around pushing stupid propaganda... your normally a pretty good poster, but that post was just plain fucking wrong... and stupid.

And to those calling for a warning or to scream I have a gun... that is again a terrible idea. What if the guy had a gun? Then he would know she is armed and take the first shot. Guns are like your fists... you don't take 'em out unless you are going to use them.

And if I was having an emergency I would be screaming for help, not knocking the door while trying to break in.

I do feel bad for the poor woman. This is going to be a major trauma for her.

#1 - If a criminal who is armed knows you're armed too , they'll start shooting.

#2 - If you shoot someone in the leg , they are still a threat.

#3 - Had this of been in several cities in the US , or a majority of other countries, the woman would now be in jail interestingly enough.

You all need to realize something , in the US , this happens literally every single day. Heck , in Houston TX alone this happens several times a week.

A similar story happened a few months ago in Detroit MI , with the exception the person breaking in was a 15 year old kid on meth. His brother had been with him during a good portion of the incident, he broke into someone's house , thinking it was his own. He proceeded to bite the homeowner and choke him , all while asking the homeowner why he didn't like his hugs and kisses. The homeowner eventually broke free and shot the kid.

I could bring up about a few dozen other cases........another one was very similar to this story, with the exception the bad guys breaking into the house fired when the homeowner & son informed them they were armed. There's a 911 call on YT somewhere, that I can't find of the lady who was shot talking to police while firing back at the intruders (While bleeding out herself) that is much much worse than this YT Video.

Only 824 Accidental Gun deaths? Wow, that's awesome!

Haha, very funny. But my point is, it is much more likely to get murdered. Having a gun can help avoid that.

P.S. people who accidentally shoot each other is not necessarily a bad thing. With such ease of survival, darwin has to kick in at some point or another, least we end up living in an Idiocracy

He probably just wanted to get help for his ODing sister. The dog was barking, the lady didn't bother to look outside, so he might've assumed no one was home and tried to break into the house to call for help.

...Either that or he's a fucked up Oklahoma methhead.

Thank god for the second amendment.

Along with guns keeping swat armor around doesn't sound like a bad idea.

lucky lady
if this was in oregon she would have gotten 15 years for manslaughter under measure 40.

True Story:
about 15 years ago we had this douche bag governor in Oregon and he wrote measure 40. Then there was a ton of commercials on tv all the time saying simply "Vote yes on measure 40 its tough on crime." The idiotic old people didn't even read the ballot or knew anything about it and voted it in not knowing it didn't actually increase minimum sentences for criminals but really redefined who the criminals were and basically got rid of self defense laws in oregon.

About 8 years ago this guy i worked with at the mill who woke up to someone breaking into his house. The robber had a gun. He managed to disarm the robber and got him to the ground. He then tied him up with a lamp cord and dragged him outside and layed him on the lawn and waited for the cops to arrive. When they finally got there they arrested both of them. The robber got 6 months in jail for burglary and he got 2 years in prison for assault. It sucked ass he was a really cool guy.

That's sad...

Heartbreaking situation for this woman, but I'm glad she defended herself instead of ending up a victim.

I got an email from a friend who is a Cpt in the USMC stationed in northern Iraq a year ago asking for me to rush a special kind of holster (that wouldn't ship to APO/FPO addresses). I asked why he needed this particular kind, and he answered that it was concealable and didn't have an extra guard on it.

And that he'd rather be judged by 12 than carried by six.

Needless to say- I got him the holster.

That's a great quote.

That's intense.

Could she have at least yelled, "I have a gun!"?

Oh well, I own two shotties myself and I'd shoot too.

I'd probably shoot him in the legs or something though, I'd injure him enough so he couldn't do shit, but not die...

Anyway, he'd get a load of buckshot.

I always herd if your gonna shoot someone make sure you kill them, make sure their in your house and don't shoot them in the back.

Wow. That is seriously fucked up.
