They are probably classified as high risk. High risk over 2% CB's for a sustained amount of time = canceled. They obviously arn't pissing people off too bad.
When multiple merchant accounts are involved, anything is possible. I've never quite clarified this, but is the chargeback % referring to overall chargebacks, or successful chargebacks? It's easy for them to fight chargebacks and win due to the terms that the customer agreed to.
 


Is it the company producing the product that hired Crush Direct Response (if Crush isn't actually running the offers themselves, and is just AOR), Crush, the networks, or the end-advertiser?

how is the end-advertiser responsible for shotty customer service?

it would be like blaming the marketing company for mcdonalds for a bad cheeseburger
 
I actually got hired by the owner of crush llc to get rippoffreport from ranking for his name. surprisingly hard, I gave up after a while. Probaly didn't put enough effort in, oh well. Should have put him on autobill

Maybe he needs to actually let his customers cancel their product and provide actual support? The rest of the problems will resolve themselves if he does that.

At times a bank can easily give a cold shrug to a person when they ask for a chargeback, since the issue is between them and the merchandiser once the items have been shipped. I know exactly where you're going with this - especially if the bank is uncooperative - but it's just the nature of the business. You screw people over and pocket big bucks; because if you don't do it, someone else sure as hell will.
 
A lot of people forget you can't just "charge back" merchandise on a debit card. You know... the "credit card" linked to your checking account.

I'm not sure I follow. If I return something to the store and I used my debit card they will credit my debit card.
 
Correct, that is for a refund or exchange.
However, if you're using a debit card for a purchase... say online... And you never get the items you purchased, you can not do a chargeback like you would be able to with a credit card.

Negative seo is an art, but with the right automation, doable. But fuck these quys. Ripoffreport and other sites like it need to be pg 1 so others wont use these offers.
