I run email submit offers.
If you are running the offers through a network then don't expect the money to keep coming in. I've been promoting email submits on and off for several years now, and whenever I ran them through a network, it was just a matter of time before it sank.
At the moment I'm dealing directly with the advertiser. Which means, higher payouts & NO FUCKING SCRUB. Every week I'm told how my traffic is doing, if I need to change something or not. I even get custom offers made for some of my traffic. Overall, it's a much better experience than I had dealing with submits through networks. Let me also say that I get paid weekly.
Judging from your daily revenue, $150 is too low for an advertiser to care about working direct. Quadruple that number, or blow some thick smoke their way, and then contact them for a direct relationship. Best of all, it gives you a huge leg up on your competition.
P.S - No I will not let you know who the direct advertiser(s) are. I'm nice, but not nice enough to generate more competition for me in a cashcow niche.

That's true. Going direct always takes out the frustration but you don't need to be making $500+ daily to work with them direct. You just have to let them know you can scale and they will let you work with them direct.

I do have zip submits in auto and health insurance space. they are simple zip submits that are branded and are basically monetized through a reg path. I also have incentive'd versions of the same offer. I pay 1.40 per submit and the usual 10% scrub to start off with. Feel free to contact me through my V-card.

I love it when people say you can't make a good amount of money off email/zip submits. It's very nice not having to worry about scrubs. If its not backing out for the advertiser you dont get scrubbed, just a lower payout. Just have to work harder to get better quality and keep in contact with them to make sure everything is going well.

The previous 22 or so responses before you were pure bullshit. It seems like no one on this forum is actually here to help anyone, they are just here to boost their own ego's.
We were all only making $150/day at one point as well, so give the OP some fucking credit, he is out there hustling, trying to make things happen.
