Cursor movement recorder suggestions

Finally getting to the point where I'm doing to many repetitious/mundane file system inputs and updates and would like to record my activities to use as training for a new employee.

I've done some searches and found way to many to make a decision. BSR screen recorder, my screen recorder, easy video capture, etc......

What is your recommendation for a recorder software? One of the ones mentioned above or something else?

depending on how simple the tasks are, try Jing.

It's got screen recording and screenshot features, and takes about 10 seconds to set up.

Hypercam 2? Free if you don't mind a very small "Hypercam 2" in the corner. Always worked well for recording MMOs. Creates fairly lightweight files without too much RAM usage, and records sound if you want.

That kind of softwares are not allowed in strict law countries, its better to avoid this and make video training.
