:glowingeyes_sml:i have been trying to get my paid from cx digital media for over a month.

i have sent over 6 emails, made over 5 phone calls all to be run around. I sent my first email requesting payment on the 4th of May. Payouts are the 16th and 31st. I attempted to get my payment information updated multiple times from the 4th of May to the 16th of May in order to get paid out for money owed during that period, which I should have been aloud to do, other than the fact that they refused to change my account information UNTIL after pay out then told me my full payment would be sent out on the 31st of May. Surprise, surprise, today is the 1st, their stats panel shows all payments Unpaid, upon calling Justin Spigelman at (866) 962-9764 #4758 I reached a message saying he is out of town in Isreal for a convention... that is understandable, but why ignore me for the last month, and tell me my payment is going to be sent out when it isn't? Your job as an account manager is to manage affiliates, is it not? Why is it so hard to handle a single accounts information? I then was transfered to another affiliate manager who could not access my account fully because she wasn't my account manager, so now I am stuck apparently waiting for Justin or accounting to issue my check.... now all bills are going to be late.

update: spent 25 minutes on the phone being transfered back and forth between departments then started receiving nothing but voice mails for every line.

i'd stay away from this company unless you personally know someone who will be getting you paid.

So they would normally pay on the 31st but that was a Sunday so naturally the payments would be on the 1st instead. You need to just chill a little while. I don't know why you would think they would have paid you already so early in the day. If I'm expecting a payment from a network on a day I sure am not calling up to bitch early in the AM when it's not there you have to at least give them half of the working day to get shit done. After they haven't paid you for another 3-4 days then I would say you have a case to bitch about. Right now you seem really whinny over nothing and I would sure avoid talking to you on the phone.

Now I see why you were frantic, you said bills will be late. Well you learned your first lesson in business, never count on getting your money on time.

mike, like i told you, ive been trying to contact them since the 4th! i havent sent traffic since that date. that is before the first pay day. i actually re-read their terms, and it says 1st and 16th, justin told me over the phone a week ago that id be paid on the 31st, maybe that was his mistake on the time.... either way, i asked for my payment before the 16th, so it should have been sent out on the 16th!

I am on weekly wire and it always comes but if you do need any help from accounting you are screwed. If your AM isn't around they refuse to help you.

you guys really need to cool off with the "wahhhhh i'm not getting paid" threads...

i had an issue with a sum with a network and I mediated it for 3 1/2 weeks in May. Guess what? I'm getting paid with a big fucking cherry on top.

CX has never failed to wire a payment to me.

Pay a attorney $200 for a letter requesting payment and threatening litigation. Serve it to them through a process server 50-75$ serve the CEO or CFO. Chances are you will get paid pretty quickly.

So...by over, do you mean 7 emails and 6 phone calls?

Maybe it's 9 emails and 10 phone calls? LOL!

I'm on weekly wire.. so far no problems... just a little pissed because their payout is usually lower than other networks..

but honestly i haven't come across a 'perfect' network

i am more concerned about the lack of communication, they might pay, i am not saying they wont. but my check for last period has still not been sent out and i am being told to goto my AM again which he is out of town. i have already spoke with him, and tried to get my check sent out before the 14th.

the # of emails and phone calls is not an exact number, but i have been able to track through at least 6 emails in my mailbox as well as a few that were sent through the feedback form on their website. i have made numerous phone calls, only 6 of which i can recall speaking to people. today i have spoke to 4 more people, and have been transfered to different departments, and then back to my AM's voice mail who is responsible in the first place for my account information not being updated as I requested it be. maybe he cannot change it directly, but i have emails as i stated from as early as may 4th (3 days after the pay period ended, asking for my payment to be sent to my new address.) he failed to respond to me until the 14th, which was 2 days before the next pay period. i was hoping to get paid for my previous periods pay outs on the next pay day since my balance was there and it was over 48 hours before pay out. he said it would get handled, but it was too late, already passed the 16th at this point. today we will see if my check gets issued. i was told i would receive an email, i have yet to receive one. i will remain patient.

CX always sends my wires on time. I can get a hold of my AM within minutes.

Posting threads like this, as has been mentioned many times in the past, should be a "last resort." This is clearly not a last resort situation at all, considering they seem to be in communication with you and you're awaiting a response from a manager. Since everyone's out of town at the affiliate thing in israel, and since you seem to have been begging for a response during the weekend (lol), I'm not sure why you're whining.

Why the fuck would you even start running traffic to a network before you have your AM on AIM anyway? Seriously....

Judging from your extremely low post count, and negative rep which was given for the thread you started asking how you can get your hands on software to allow you to spam craigslist, I have a strong feeling that:

a) the money owed to you is well under $1000
b) you used spam traffic to generate said leads

As usually happens, I'm sure one of the tactless managerial staff of CX will come here and leave a rude response which shines unfavorably on them, but in this case, it seems like they're probably in the right. Actually, I heard Tal left, so maybe someone with at least a little PR experience will drop by. We'll see!

I have never asked for software to post on craigslist, sorry that you have misread and have been misinformed. I am a software developer and was selling software. I spoke with my affiliate manager before advertising and everything was a go on AIM. When I asked to get paid it was a different story. I have been an affiliate since March, it has been a long time, however in order to keep my business running, I must get paid from those who owe money. My servers are not free and do not pay them selves. Sorry if you do not agree with my business, but I have not violated any laws or terms. If they say I am going to get paid, I should get paid: PERIOD! There should be no excuse unless my account has been terminated or suspended, which it has not been. I am simply getting the run around for 2 weeks now, which I was ignored until I made a phone call again to my AM! In my opinion I have made many attempts to get paid, if today I do not get paid, I will consider myself not being paid.

It seems that someone is handling it and let me know the status of my payment. I am sorry for bringing negativity to the board. Communication is the key.

Oh sorry, i misread, you were SELLING craigslist spam software. Even worse. I'd probably not pay you either until i found out if your traffic was spam or not.

This is more than enough excuse to withold your payment, in my book, at least till the leads are verified, etc.

A month or so ago I was worried I wasn't going to get paid from CXDigitalMedia. I then contacted peter kinniah at CX and he fixed everything for me. So, you should problem contact him...your affiliate manager is pretty much useless..well mine was.

PM me if you need his email address...I'm not entirely sure if I should put it up here.
