:glowingeyes_sml:i have been trying to get my paid from cx digital media for over a month.
i have sent over 6 emails, made over 5 phone calls all to be run around. I sent my first email requesting payment on the 4th of May. Payouts are the 16th and 31st. I attempted to get my payment information updated multiple times from the 4th of May to the 16th of May in order to get paid out for money owed during that period, which I should have been aloud to do, other than the fact that they refused to change my account information UNTIL after pay out then told me my full payment would be sent out on the 31st of May. Surprise, surprise, today is the 1st, their stats panel shows all payments Unpaid, upon calling Justin Spigelman at (866) 962-9764 #4758 I reached a message saying he is out of town in Isreal for a convention... that is understandable, but why ignore me for the last month, and tell me my payment is going to be sent out when it isn't? Your job as an account manager is to manage affiliates, is it not? Why is it so hard to handle a single accounts information? I then was transfered to another affiliate manager who could not access my account fully because she wasn't my account manager, so now I am stuck apparently waiting for Justin or accounting to issue my check.... now all bills are going to be late.
