Hey Guys-
For my Human Resources class I was assigned to interview a person in an upper management position (i.e. if you have anyone who works under you (it could be a web designer, outsourced work, etc etc) and ask them to describe their top 3 to 4 day to day challenges they face in supervising employees. It doesn’t need to be too indepth; a sentence or two per challenge should be fine.
I was originally supposed to hear back from another manager, but when I sent her an email to follow up to see if she had time to complete this for me, I got an automatic Out of Office response from her. Seeing as how the assignment is due tomorrow, I just want to be to sure I have a response from someone. If one of you guys wants to PM me your name, position, and company name with 3-4 day to day challenges that would be awesome.
