Destressing after a shit day



2 stages to my plan:Stage 1 To beat aggression (which innevitably comes from someone who pissed you off): Run, Punch Bags, Bench Press

Stage 2 To relax (which you need to do after you've given said person a mental beating): Wine, beer, nice food
