I'm having fun. I have a L60 in Inferno right now and I've farmed everything myself, so even A1 is a bitch.
 
Haven't played since last weekend, and installed the latest patch today only to log in and find all my gear and gold gone from one of my characters. Fuck!
 
Yo if anybody wants to play with me tonight I'm drinking/farming in either hell or inferno. I need someone to help me quest inferno though.

yeah, i think blizzard has a security issue, and it seems obvious that they don't even know what it is yet, so obviously they're not going to admit it. they need to fix it fast. the mass amount of reports of only ONE character per account being jacked up is blatant evidence. and its happened to a fuckton of people WITH authenticators.

lots of idiots got their ENTIRE account hijacked because THEY are idiots who use the same passwords across multiple sites, but i think in cases like yours, its Blizzards fault.

What level were your other characters?

They probably go for the top character and get what they can expecting everything to be on your main worth taking. They usually just sell all your gear for the gold then transfer it to someone in a private game.

I have been looking in to it also and it's happening like wild fire. I set up an authenticator now, see if that makes a difference, but I think more likely it's a DB glitch on their end or someone has them pawn3d.

20ish, barbarian. The one that got jacked was a level 46 wizard. Had a bunch of good gear in my private chest also, doesn't make sense why they wouldn't have taken that stuff.
 
Well most of these guys don't have room or the time to take gear and sell it on the AH. there is a 10 item limit and these guys accounts could be banned at any moment so they take all the gold they can get and probably off load it to gold selling websites for cheap.
 
My interest in the game is dying rapidly after getting to inferno. Legendarys are so hard to come across that it's not exciting at all trying to farm for them, and farming for gold is fucking boring.

yup this is what I was talking about. Anyone who isn't in inferno yet, don't rush to it, try and enjoy the game and buy some time for new content to come out.

In the mean time you can sell your character or just wait for new shit to come out before playing again.
