The original version of the software required you to have the person installing input their email - which while dark black hat could still sorta kinda be legal if you worded the request just right and didn't mind living on the edge. Now however it does it all in the background and even does a definable percentage of second page completions.

Only way that networks are going to be able to overcome this is to share data and scrub like crazy.
