I don't always believe in everything I see or read, but I wanted to hear some opinions on this one.
I've been vegan for 7 mos, best decision I've ever made.

Being vegetarian was the be decision I made also, you feel so much better.
By the way, do you guys notice my test color a different color than white? Some members have said that my text post color is greyish....wierd.

Some people do not do well on a vegan diet.
Deficiencies can develop (they don't have to).
Girl I am working with got some of them, because her body did NOT take up supplements like minerals, etc..
The docs basically told her that not everyone is able to supplement.
She is now back to eating meat once in a while and her health has improved a lot.
Fow what it is worth:
Humans are Omnivores. We can survive on a meat only or veg only diet, but we do not strive on it. You want to do your body good? Eat a mix, light on the meat, heavy on veggies.

vegan-ism like any other diet, can be done in moderation to improve your health or it can be taken to extremes and hurt you in the long run. My mom was a hardcore vegan her whole life thinking it'd make her live longer and make her more healthy. Now she's barely in her 60's and not only almost died from it but has massive food allergies and health problems due to it. The ironic thing is now she's stuck on this very strict diet of white chicken meat and real egg whites and has turned her obsession from natural foods to natural remedies and antioxidant type shit. So everytime I go visit her I get a bunch of quotes from my own landers.
Steve Jobs is a vegan. Look at how healthy it made him.
The problem was your mom, not veganism.
