Very interesting read.

Doesn't surprise me, i'm sure most of us have noticed it. To most here it's probably old news.

But with all that proof and the youtube video where he basically admits it, do you think the FTC is finally gonna strike them down?

Frank Kern is a great speaker and marketer, but like any GURU product, it's usually all full of BS.

If he gets capped by the FTC, it's because he slipped up and forgot the one rule in keeping a secret "only one person can know it".

Oh, I found this funny in the article

Many know about The Syndicate but are afraid to speak for fear of reprisals. Most do not know … but are never the less deeply affected by the cultural tone set by the group.

Where is PPC.bz?! :p

I think Barman needs to be calling this author out. PPC.bz has been outting GURUs for years.

The Kern video looks pretty incriminating.

And I see the point.

But I don't know if they can be prosecuted.

The Kern video IS very incriminating. I think there is actually a case here!

The blogger publishing it sounds a little bit butthurt about gurus though; likely a failure who thinks that all infoproduct creators are in on one big scam, like the mafia.

But damn if he didn't dig up an incriminating piece of evidence on the Kern-Reece-Stompernet-Walker-Diess "syndicate." Gotta give him credit for that.

It just may be that we are about to witness the first Banhammer in IM history. I'll bring the popcorn.

Wow, this is old news. Salty Droid rocks on the guru bashing. Even though ppc.bz has been guru bashing for awhile, Salty makes it like his main thing. That's what he does. Salty kicks ass.

You're a little late to the party as Irwin Frank Kern was prosecuted by the FTC in or around 2003.

The dude that runs Salty Droid is a lawyer and I think he just hates 'gurus' selling coaching courses for thousands up front (or hundreds per month) and delivering info that could be found in any business book for $19.95 on Amazon.com.

The secret about making money online?

Paypal me $997 and I'll tell you!

I'd rather be banking it as one of the "stoopid guru's" than be some nameless retard boo-hooing about them.
