You would have to be cremated first because to make diamonds, they come from carbon. I know there are machines by two different companies in the US that make "synthetic" diamonds. Meaning, DeBeers and their lobbyists made the human made diamond dubbed as synthetic, even though they are flawless and real. The only difference is the man made ones take 3-4 days to make, and the natural ones take 3-4 billion years.

Might be a good way to avoid the estate tax. Make yourself into diamonds and then have your children sell them.

That may depend on the quality of diamond though...
