You apparently don't know that market very well. There's a shit-ton pay sites out there, extremely competitive from anything from the pro looking stuff to just the downright amateur stuff. So there's always someone willing to pay, but its usually either someone who thinks they're actually talking to the gal in the video/pic, or someone who doesn't know how to get it free.
