Has anybody had any experience with this content and link outsourcing company?

The rates seem reasonable. I've been investigating content outsourcing companies for a while now but haven't pulled the trigger yet.

Programming for $800? I'd rather do it myself...

Just my opinion. Don't outsource webmastering/programming jobs until you have an absolutely dire need to.

I was considering more of the content and linking grunt work rather than programming. I agree with not outsourcing the webmastering/programming unless absolutely necessary and even then it would have to be a recommendation from someone I trust.

I wonder why they bother putting up their agents IQ scores when they are all pretty average/low(depending on the test used)

I've used outsourced people before for web projects. My best advice is to pay by the project. And only pay half up front. You can find some pretty talented people offshore (assuming your in the US) for a fair price. WebHostingTalk Forums - Web Hosting Discussion is ok to look for talent, you just have to weed out the kids.

OMG they have agents that have IQ cca 110, that's fuckin dumb. If I want that kind of service, I'll hire some zoo monkeys, at least they're smarter...

110 isn't really all that 'dumb' - it is by definition above average.

Not too sure why they'd want to advertise it anyway - IQ doesn't necessarily equate to a being good worker or to value for money.

depending on te test the average can be like 120-125(the most common tests online)

The average score on any IQ test is, or at least should be, 100. Nothing more, nothing less.

Should be, but with time the average actully rises.
