I am waiting on that refund of my 250usd that we agreed on.
I have been trying to contact you several times after and get no response while you are here and online updating this thread.

I had intended to keep this between you and I out of an apparently misplaced sense of professionalism, but since you've elected to make this public, we can do that too. At no time did I offer to provide you with a refund, and I challenge to you produce any proof that I did. As far as my updating this thread, it has not been updated since 9/1 which was the day you informed me that you were unhappy and desired a refund.
Do you recall asking me to provide an outline of the work I was going to do for you?
Do you recall that I sent an outline via Skype to both you and Mason, and made a point of asking you to let me know if there were any specific data points you wanted me to examine beyond what I mentioned in the outline?
Being as I provided a clear and explicit outline of the analysis I intended to provide on Monday, August 27, at 3:58pm EST, and I delivered the reports on Friday, August 31, at 10:28pm EST, I think it's safe to say that you had ample time to read the outline I provided, and to either request additional information, provide more detailed instructions, or decide that you did not want me to do the work I had outlined, and request a refund. If you did not read the outline I sent, or did not understand it, I would have been more than happy to clarify the information for you. The major complaints you seem to have center on two things as far as I can tell. The first being that the data I provided is commonly available and easily collected by using one SEO tool or another. At no point did I indicate to you that I intended to provide you with data points that were not commonly accessible. In fact, in my BST thread I explicitly state "you can do all of this on your own, and you don't need to pay us to tell you how". Although I did not use any automated tools or scrapers to collect the data used in your reports, the fact that it is possible to collect that data using a software tool doesn't devalue it in any way.
The second major complaint you seem to have concerns the reccomendations I made for your page in relation to the top 10 pages ranking for your keywords. You have been contemptous and dismissive regarding my suggestion that you begin using the meta KW element in order to more closely resemble the top 10 results for your KW. You have also insinuated that my very suggestion regarding the meta KW element is somehow indicitive of a lack of knowledge or incompetence on my part.
Again, I will refer you to both my original BST thread AND the outline document I sent you prior to beginning work on your project; BOTH my BST thread AND the outline I provided you with make explicit mention of the meta KW element as a potential ranking factor. If you had such a serious problem with my feeling that the meta KW element has not been 100% devalued, I can't understand why you wouldn't have mentioned that to me prior to my beginning work on your project.
I've remained open and willing to discuss this matter with you, however as of yet you've been uncommunicative, dismissive, and abrasive. While it's unfortunate that you are unhappy about this situtation,
I cannot take responsibility for your failure to read or comprehend either my BST thread, the project outline I sent you, or both. As far as I'm concerned you had ample time to decide you were uncomfortable with either my ideas, or my process PRIOR to my completing your order, but since you either neglected to read the matierials I sent or decided to disregard them completely, I'm not particularly sympathetic to your demands for a refund.
I'll be posting the full details of our skype chats and all documents that passed between us in this thread, however I will, for the sake of professionalism omit names other than your and mine, and I will omit pertinent details regarding your site, and the niche you are working in.
