Domain appraisal help

Posted this in the domain forum but not many people look on there and I am hoping for some quick advice-

Got an email from someone interested in this domain- sarasotahomebuyer dot com. I just bought it and planned to develop it to lease or sell leads to real estate agents. Sarasota is a very wealthy city and real estate is always a hot topic.

The domain is 13 years old with a small amount of back links.

Dont really know how much I should ask, I was hoping for a couple thousand.

Just sent them an email basically saying I havent even thought about selling it but if the offer is right I will consider it.
