Paid $80 for what is essentially a maze of forum post links and some blogs. Gave him 3 domains to link to.
Results after 12 days:
htac.com: None
htt.com: G none to #119, Y&B #35 to #41
Domain #3 was mixed up with some other service but did not have any noticeable effect anyway.
The only benefit was that one of my sites got to #119, if that's any consolation. Not worth the money.

First of all, thanks for posting the update here. Now let's get into the point straight -
1.) You have given me 3 Different URLs + 3 Different Keywords (1 KW with each URL, total 3 anchored link-variation. As you're not a noob, you know very well that the more KWs + URLs you use, the less juice you'll get per link. You used 3 links, so it's assumable that each link has got 1/3 of link-juice out of total 40 links (though 1/3 is not confirmed cause links placed randomly). I always suggest that please use only 1 URL + 1 or 2 very closely related KWs to get the maximum juice.
2.) It's only 12 days you got the report, when it takes usually 4 weeks in average to show its merit. I don't do anything like pinging, RSS etc. to make google forcefully index/count those links, I just leave them as it is and most of them get indexed within 4-6 weeks in average and start showing result. I do it to be extra cautious. You better not expect a quick boost from it, rather it is meant for long-term steady growth.
Still if you think it's OK, then please tell me and I'll apply some boosting to those links made already, and you'll get faster result. I don't do it myself unless client request me, only because I don't think it will be safe for every site (specially for the ones which are rather new, without any PR or some solid existing backlinks-base).
3.) Your sites are about a non-English niche and most of your site's content is in a non-English language. So it will be much harder to rank in Google.com, 2 of your sites are already in better ranking in that particular Google version (not Google.com, but google's particular country version)-
Site B - #34 (4th place in Page 4)
Site C - #50 (last place in page 5)
4.) Mate, if you haven't got desired result, you should have contacted me via PM or email or skype privately and then I could look into the matter and could be able to invest some extra effort (boosting those links etc.) to satisfy you upon discussion. Did you sent me any mail or PM mentioning your concern ? Did I not replied you ? Did I go away with your money ? You said that my service is not worth 80$, didn't I tell you every tiny details regarding my service along with an example link via PM so that you can be sure of what you're getting for your hard-earned money ? I respect your opinion and I understand your concern, but you should have given me a chance before posting here publicly that it's not worth. You can see endless reviews here in this thread where people are happy with their result, of course with very few ones who are not happy - and I instantly taken care of those unhappy guys and at the end, made them happy with my service.
