There were some issues with the first report and this is why my review is a little late, the OP fixed these quickly and I am sure they won't be made in the future.
Communication: He responded to my queries quickly, I am not sure if english is his first language but it really was not an issue. 5/5
Turn around time: I got my first report within 48 hours and then a second report in 12 hours time (some changes needed to be made). 5/5
Links: I got 312 links, this is a 12 overdelivery. I generally like to see an overdelivery of 10% or more but this is still something. Out of those 312 scrapebox was able to find 274, there were a few timeouts and what not so I am sure some of those not found are actually there.
The were 15384 of the forum profiles/blog comments. I am not going to check how many of those are live - but I'd definitely want more than 384 extras as these type of links have a habbit of not working perfectly. 3/5
Article quality: The quality of the article is quite low and is not spun, you can obviously supply your own but this sort of defeats the purpose of using a service like this.
Overall: This seems like a pretty good package, it's too early to report on any SERP movements but I am sure I'll see some. It could be improved by adding in some extra links and perhaps spinning the article.

I've been told it will arrive in a matter of hours twice.
I've been told it was delivered and yet NOTHING has turned up (days after it was supposed to turn up).
