Why would you need to keep on scamming people after you actually discover you actually have talent to sell stuff?. I mean, this guy would have done exceptionally well doing legit stuff as well.

Next twist: I've made millions placing tiny ads from my one-bedroom cell.

This is what I don't understand either. All these guys with tons of money getting busted. Am I just ignorant, or are a lot of these guys just too cocky and lazy?

With that type of bankroll he could have given up the BS and easily funded some legit clinical trials, or even created a more solid biz opp.
