eAdvertising - Still not paid

It sounds like you all should complain to the advertiser, if anyone, not the networks. How are they supposed to pay you $ they didn't receive themselves?

They probably have the same convos. with whoever, Crush LLC or whatever, saying wtf happened to the residuals. Stop being a greedy fuck. You got paid right? You made a profit right? You make more money than what % of everyone else in the world? Jesus man, did you honestly think they would pay you for rebils when it takes a huge % of rebils just to break even for a lot of these companies.

They scammed you into running more of their offer the same way you scammed some fat chick into buying berries by promising something that wasn't there.

STFU already.

.
What the fuck do you think they get a cut for?
It's largely so we don't have to deal with the merchants, and they don't have to deal with us. So if there is a problem and something is not getting "dealt" with, that is completely their fault.
I don't care who got stiffed. My agreement was with the network, and the network agreed to pay me $X amount per sale/lead/whatever.
That's the end of it.

Well, most network terms would disagree with that... From eAds:
10.1. When Commissions are Earned. Commissions will not be “earned” until eAdvertising receives payment from the Client. Notwithstanding the foregoing, eAdvertising may elect to advance to you commissions prior to those commissions having been earned. You acknowledge and agree that your receipt of commission payments prior to those payments having been earned is conditional and subject to eAdvertising’s right to demand return of unearned commissions for any reason or for no reason at all.
There's a difference between what's morally/ethically responsible and what's legally expected/allowed. And knowing WickedFire, the common sentiment is to leave ethics at the door... except when it affects yourself.

still not paid..

Eadvertising.com owes me $30k and is 2 weeks late on a direct wire.. This is pissing me off

Although I have not used them in months, I've always been paid by eads in the past, low 5 fig checks sometimes.

Just an update- I got the wire today..

To their credit, I have several good friends that do big volume with eads and they've never had any problems. They said it took awhile to process my w9 (it was their first time paying me via wire).

Lol. That's funny the day you complain on WF, is the day you get paid.

I'm never letting this thread die..

Lets take care of this annoying thread already..

Do they owe you money from marketing or from recurring billing?

Don't give me a story, just quick short answers.
