eAdvertising - Still not paid

I'm not sure why Jason from Crush hasn't responded to the rebill issues posted here. I'm not going to post a PM, but he has a WF account (I figured the account was his before he PMed me, so I'll assume that it is in fact Jason), is aware of the residuals posts here, and promised that he's working to straighten things out and pay all monies owed. We'll all see how this ends up.
 


Let's make this very clear then..

NO ONE was paid on rebills. Not the affiliates. Not the networks. No one.

I was promised rebills by Eadvertising as well, but didn't get it, and I'm not making a huge fuss about it, you know why? Because Eads not only didn't get paid, but they weren't even provided with the rebill data they had been promised by Crush LLC to figure out who's traffic converted to rebills in the first place.

You guys can sit here and whine about it all day, but you're not going to get shit. I'm not saying that to be an asshole, I'm saying it because Eadvertising doesn't even know if you're supposed to be paid for 5000 rebills or 50.

So quit blaming Eadvertising for this shit and blame the advertiser, Crush LLC instead. When Jason comes around and decides to make good on his promises, then we can all look forward to that day, but until then, his company is to blame, no one else.

lol i don't care if eads got paid or not, they had a deal with me. im only owed about $4k in residuals from them, but that's not the point. it's the fact that they didn't stick to their word, which is what pisses me off.

and yes, i do expect them to pay out of pocket.

I hate to say it, but per their TOS, they don't owe you anything. Most affiliates assume that a network is legally on the hook for whatever they're promised, but in fact, the legal agreement says otherwise (and I posted the applicable terms a page ago). What's legally required and what's morally responsible may not be the same, here.

How do you know they owe you 4k when they dont even have the numbers for the residuals?

i didn't say anything about them legally oweing me anything. they legally don't owe me shit, but i don't give a shit about the legalities.

there is something called estimation. that's not an exact number as you took it

How do you know what the trial members converted at, or how many of the first month members rebilled to the 2nd month?? Or how about the number of cancellations/refunds and chargebacks??

The truth is, you know shit about what you're talking about now, so be a man, and just suck it up and let it go.

If Crush LLC miraculously decides to pay us all, awesome. But if they don't, we all lose, not just you. So enough already.

flat out guess? no.

Jon my estimation was only for the first rebill. not the 2nd, or 3rd, but the 1st. eAds said an average of 50% of people stay on the first rebil, so I calculated my leads @ 25% for the FIRST to be conservative.
 
eAdvertising is a quality network with a good staff. I can vouch for them as a partner of over three years; I don't know if this thread is still relevant but the fact is they pay on time as deserved, and they WILL reply - the President of the network, Richard, is as sharp as anybody in this space. Period.
