i honestly tried lookin around there for some useful info but found none, just a bunch of "big earners" who give vague information
Yeah, I agree that it was better back in the day, and I did get a free iPod from there just for posting shit about Azoogle.

It failed because Lee didn't seem to put enough time trying to engage with the community. Earnersforum started strong with the contests and the podcasts but then he dissapeared and expected the community to thrive without anymore of his help. On the otherhand Jon is always adding new stuff here to keep it interesting.
Also there are too many noobs who post spam. It is worse the DP in that regard.

In all honesty, if Lee hadn't have held that contest, it wouldn't have turned out to be a bad place. The contest enticed people who diluted the content of its quality.
He never really went through with anything he said. Before the contests ended he said that those were just the beginning and we haven't seen anything yet. After the contests he then started this partners competitions. This other guy he had working for him that was going to run this whole competition bailed out. Lee hasn't done anything about it, the thread is still fucking up! I made the last post on October 22nd...

if he wouldn't do so i would have no respect for him, because letting a chance pass by to earn 10s of thousand dollar does not make you look like a professional business man.
he is cashing in on every chance available and that is what we are all after. all in all that is what you need to be after to be successful.
right. i entered earnersforum after having read about it on a few other forums. i had the feeling that i was coming to a party where anyone important was just leaving.
if he or some of his fellow would follow the examples here, to actually provide some really working strategies and to put them to the test, they would have a good chance for a relaunch. until then i fear that they only attract more and more scammers from malaysia or wherever they invent these mlm schemes.
I am a member of earnersforum and I do enjoy posting there. You can find some good info there. There are a lot of threads from newbies but there are also some good posts.
Okay, lets change the topic. Lets talk about Jon. He can take critisism. What does he provide for this place to keep it going? I'm note quite sure. Holds contests. Promises to give alot back. Does link bait. He posted a 80k check on sitepoint. Does he help walk people thru how he got that 80k? After all he's not an affiliate marketer anymore. The true pimp of this forum is Chris Lingle. Without chris alot of people wouldn't be coming back.
Thats actually quite a valid point. Although Jon may not post the type of information that many of us may be looking for (at least not yet), at least he is posting a lot (unlike Lee), and he is indeed lucky he does have Chris.
The main difference between WF and EF is that EF is structured to only be setup to find learning content, and since there is none over there, its useless.
WF is supposed to be the hangout, if you will, and even if it doesnt have the necessary learning content, it still serves its purpose.
