Email Software - AWeber, etc... Forwarding & Spam

I called AWeber today and asked the following question:

"Can I forward emails to my AWeber accounts and get the email addresses to automatically load into my account?"

They said its against their TOS, as it will lead to spam. Im wondering if any services out there will let me do this? Its not spam as the people can opt-out and also decide not to join. Anyone know?

I do know from exp. That aweber is really anal about spam

When you sign up I think they give you the option to have opt-in or not but its not easily found. I know this can not be changed once you start using the service

What do you mean opt-in, or not?

Don't think he really knows. Aweber lets you set up pages for people to opt in to your list. They will not let you add someone to your list by a simple sent email.

You would have to get custom with it. Like mailman or something. (not fun to set up)

I have found software that does what aweber does that I can install on my own domains and send out newsletters etc...
