Is it a startup company??? Because usually, you would not need to meet with the CEO unless it is a startup company or a small company.

Just got turned down for a job because the company thought I would leave if a better offer came along. HELLO?! Who wouldn't? If you have a good company people will be willing to stay and grow. Oh well, onto the next interview...

man, the longer the process... the worst the job.

I had several low pay jobs that took forever to get hired, and the best paying job I ever had was a simple 10 minute phone interview. Damn...
