i signed up with genbucks sometime last year. they practically force you to use the shitty epassporte option for payment since wire transfer is a min of $1k.

i've been busy with bigger fish and haven't bothered to login to my epassporte account until yesterday. i found far less $$ in my account than i expected and looking at my history i found around $250 was transfered out ("epp transfer"). i never did this.

there are horror stories all over the web about epassporte. seeing as they ask for personal id to resolve issues i'm wondering if it's worth pursuing. i don't don't want to give these obvious scammers any more info. i've also read posts about people unable to cancel their account.

looking for some advice.

I've been a happy epassporte user since 2005. It's the status quo for payment in adult AM. I would contact them and ask them to look in to it. Oh, and if you are going to use them, you'll need to send them your info anyways as they will put a hold on your account if someone sends you over $3k and you dont have ID on file with them.

You should go to Netpond and contact Michael Olsen, he used to offer great support to ePassport users (helped me a couple of times). Although I had some problems it wasn't really ePassporte fault but with Michael's help everything got resolved.

The verification means something naughty is going on in the background that they're checking. When mine was frozen back in the day, they asked for id, I gave, account stayed frozen. But sometimes they UNfreeze.
I'd bet the problem is with genbuck's epassporte account (yet again, google search 'genbucks sancash' without the quotes)

Michael is the biggest support deuche I've ever dealt with. I've had to deal with him multiple times in the past, and never found him to be helpful in the least.

Been using epassporte since its inception (2003) and have had no major issues/complaints. Support might be a bit slow but if you email Michael directly he usually responds within 24hrs or even in a couple of hours (did for me anyway.. or maybe us adultwm's get special treatment:D). If that don't work try his icq. From what I've heard though support in general has been better than it used to be (ph. support was hopeless). Verification is a bitch but I understand why they do it. I suppose I just trust them enough..

Had an issue last year were my virtual visa was flogged for about 5k (some cunt in Italy I think it was bought a whole heap of train tickets). Anyway got resolved pretty quick and got all my money back. Visa fraud is standard chargeback, epass -> epass can be reversed but if they withdraw the $$ it can be tricky I guess..

Good luck.
