Also, it's kinda funny this is spreading like wildfire on the net when Goldman Sacks is trying to get a $50B investment into them and the FCC is investigating their overly inflated pricing of the company.

This problem is happening in some countries. For example, China and Vietnam. Facebook seems to shut down there.
