I played this game so much that I had it memorized and was able to get through it without dying once. Tried to do the same to Akari Warriors....yeah, that experiment was doomed to failure.

Contra is the SHIT! glad to see someone posted this. Also, it's not unlimited lives, it's 30 lives. Same thing on other Konami games like Life Force.
