FedEx way to deliver stuff

OMG, Fedex has a margin of error! Ring the alarm!

Seriously, 99.99% of the time it gets there fine, regardless of abuse that might be given.

Anyone who has ever had a business knows there is a margin of error in everything, especially for a company that has 290,000 employees.

This reminds me of the uproar from the collateral damage video. Like people couldn't imagine what happens during a war (I'm against war, but... if there is one, WFT do you expect?)

aren't you supposed to be at home and sign something before receiving the package from FedEx?

It's up to the sender to request that, and it typically costs extra. If you're sending it in person and packaging it at the store, they can tell you whether or not it has sufficient packing materials. Of course, they will try to sell you some of theirs, though.

I worked at a UPS hub a long time ago, and I've seen packages come down the chute a lot harder than that. The percentage of damages is so small that it's cheaper for them to reimburse than it is to keep trucks sitting on the dock waiting to get loaded.

I'd load 3 or 4 53' trailers in a 4-hr shift, they teach you to make layers of walls and pack them in there (like Tetris) so they don't fall against the door when the next guy opens it.

What can Brown do for you???

FedEx's Response "We have resolved the issue and the customer is satisfied". Would they have resolved it if it had not been video taped?

You're better off not putting "Fragile" stickers on your parcels, they will get treated better. Used to work in one of these while studying...

Yeah that is complete BS. The delivery driver already tried to contact the customer. On seeing that the customer was standing at his window.. RECORDING a fucking video instead of answering the door he decided to give him a fuck you.

Although I don't know that for sure. But instead of recording something, ANSWER YOUR FUCKING DOOR!!

In the case of the guy throwing on the ground many parcel, would it be more appropriate that the truck is equipped of some kind of system to allow the guy to bring easily out of the truck the parcels.
