Just bought first gun today, Browning 1911-22. I think it was a solid choice for my first.. Little recoil, cheap ammo, fun to shoot.

I hear not only are some people selling them online before they are even avail and the wait is up to 14 weeks or more but some do not even get delivered. Maybe more have become avail. Anyways, if you can get your hands on one you will not be disappointed.

It's definitely a bit smaller than a normal 1911, I think I read 7/8' full size. Should be fun!
....Might as well end this thread, they don't have ammo anymore. Hopefully you all stock piled like my crazy ass did for the years prior & I aint wastin shit at the range
OK, so Faesthetic's 1911-22-a1 has got me wanting this gun because of the use of 22 LR which I know I can interchange with a 22 rifle.
Can anyone give their honest thoughts on top quality 22 LR rifles ( not AR's, but like bolt action or lever? )
I can say I am looking for an AR too, but later down the road. Advice on both would be awesome.

I fucking envy. All I can get in NY is fucking dildo as a weapon.
Prior to a month ago, you could still get a AK or AR in NY.
Seconded for Ruger 10/22. All kinds of mags out there for it as well. Your fingertips will hate you with anytime spent loading .22 mags.
