True. Pacquiao wants a 30 day cut off period. really?!?! might as well not even call it a drug test.
Wrong. Mayweather and Pacquiao are both on the same page when it comes to the cutoff time, which is 14 days.
Right now, the ball is on Mayweather's court, he has to say "OK". Pacquiao wants to be able to train part of the time in his country Phillipines (understandably so, he lives there, has family, is in congress, etc..) but in order for him to be tested, it'd have to be done by whoever the WADA has do it (WADA is the umbrella company of the USADA). When Pacman is in Phillipines, he'd be tested there under WADA, and in US (california where he trains) he'd be tested by USADA.
As long as those terms are agreeable to Mayweather, the fight SHOULD happen. I don't see why he wouldn't agree to that, unless of course he's just looking for another excuse to hide from Pacman.
And do you honestly blame Pacman for not wanting to be tested so close to the fight? When it's not a part of his regular routine? I don't blame him for not wanting to do it. He did however prove he's willing to compromise.
Just fucking fight already. If Mayweather finds another reason to delay the fight, it'll be on him, not pac. Pacman has lost before, he's not afraid of losing again, Mayweather however..
