They're all flawed questions.
#1 Just write "W T F" and call it a day.
#2 if you draw a line through the =, it is no longer an equation, but an inequation, a type of inequality.
#3 could use some double-quotes if they were expecting only 1 correct answer.
#4 is too ambiguous to have merit.

I also realised that supposed correct answer for number 4 is also incorrect and the correct answer is gump87 and mine.
The easy way to see that its wrong is to actually try to draw it. Once you have your rectangle then draw 3 lines in it. Now you have a rectangle with many lines, not 3. Had the question been "draw a rectangle with 3 lines IN IT" this answer would be correct (as long as those 3 lines are free floating).
So our answer is the only correct solution to number 4

technically if you were going to include the left you would have to include the right as well. so it would be left, right, top, or bottom as long as you only use one border. i didn't feel the need to include the sides because the area is so small, but since you felt the need to bring it up
