I actually saw this episode when it aired. The reasoning why he didn't switch the cases out because he is a nurse and in the month of November (11 month, case 11) a lot of people died and they were telling him not to take the case. Yet, I think he ended up getting 10k for some special bonus.

Lol, what kind of reason is that. I've seen one of these shows, the reasons why they pick cases is ridiculous... There is no right or wrong case to pick, as there is no strategy to it at all.
