Had knee arthroscopy and cartilage removed, its no where near as scary as it first seems when they mention the word 'operation' - Anasthetics are a lot easier now and arthroscopies are minimally invasive - you probably won't even be able to spot the scars the entry points are tiny.
Good luck with it and make sure you get sports physio to check you out a couple of weeks after to ensure you get full mobility and strength back to allow you to train to your fullest.
Yes my muscles and walking are already pretty messed up and tight from all the compensating I had to do over this time period of months because of the labrum being torn and detracted.
so as soon as it is fixed with anchors hopefully my muscles will be able to be trained to function normally and I can begin strengthening them rehad and physical therapy.
can't wait to get back into a gym and martial arts karate and krav maga
hopefully the surgeon won't find any arthritis, dysplesia or FAI
hip arthroscopy is a little more complicated then knee as there are more muscles involved like the hip flexor and psoas and nerves and blood arteries like the femoral artery .
and yes thanks for the advice and help
