So pissed off right now. Been going back and forth with a douchebag "customer" who doesn't understand the concept of a hold on his funds by his bank because his credit card was DECLINED.

Dumbass doesn't know his own billing address apparently and the AVS mismatch won't let the card go through.

So, he does what any dumbass consumer would: threatens to go posting on ripoff report and BBB if he doesn't get the product he 'paid for'.

Fucking asshole... people like this deserve to get raped repeatedly by relentless, unforgiving, and impossible to cancel rebills. A picture of Jesse Willms just popped in my head and I feel much better now.

LOL. I feel you. I also had a similar case 15 days ago and he paid via 2co (2 times) and then at plimus and all the orders got refunded.. mofo told me threaten me that he only got a refund 1 time then I explained to call them and he used to say why I need to call its you and your payment processing system.. wtf.. dumb-ass.
 
1. Check to see if his FirstLastName.com is registered. If not, register it for "insurance"
2. Let him know from an untraceable email account that if he fucks with your company, you'll SEO his name into oblivion with all kinds of information about how he tried to perpetuate fraud.
3. Tell him to Google "car loan asshole" and see if he wants that to happen to him.
