Fun on G+

Since Google Reader shutdown, I've been trying out Twitter/G+ for my RSS feeds while I set up RSSOwl. It seems like no one is using G+ still. On twitter, I can find profiles for most sites, or at least their authors. G+ is like a wasteland in comparison. You would think more sites would make a profile and just post to it automatically, but they don't even do that.


TLDR: Basically I'm looking for interesting/active sites/people/communities to follow on G+. Any ideas?
 


I can't say much about G+ (except I don't use it unless it is for a site I'm working on - and only then to try and look good in G's eyes), but my favorite alternative to G Reader has been Feedly so far...
 
Who cares if others are using it. They shouldn't dictate what you do.

Use it to leverage authorship.
