If I may interject with some advice.
So far my experience with vjay has been awesome. Every day he's getting faster and better at the jobs I give him. The first couple I gave him I had to walk him through it like a child and nitpick every little detail and explain everything. It was as if I was doing the work myself, but after a few he started making less mistakes and doing the job better and now he can crank them out almost as fast as I can give him the jobs and his results are near perfect. It's super cheap and my productivity has gone through the roof (although i did miss two days while he was sick which I don't mind at all since I was sick to).
Stick to the guidelines of hiring cheap foreign workers and you'll probably have an experience much like mine:
1. Give them grunt work NOT creative work - I know in advance if i have him edit a graphic i'm not going to be happy with the result no matter how simple it is.
2. No creative writing - This includes leaving comments unless you give them a very specific format such as {compliment the blog}. {ask a question about the post} {tell them you can't wait for their next post}. For god sakes the guy says Sir every fourth word you really think american bloggers are going to approve their comments? *see suggestion 1
3. No foreign ips - Give them a proxy to work through. Many landing pages and offers have geoip and give a different site to their ips so verify that they see the same site you do every time. Sending emails, leaving comments, filling out forms etc anything with a spam filter is probably going to fail for them.
4. No customer service - Keep them far away from your customers.
5. It's all about the details. The first job you give them you need to step through it in super detail. Don't skip anything or assume anything. Don't let the job get by you until it is absolutely perfect and exactly how you want all the rest to get done. Don't let them learn as they go or get more complicated. Just make sure they get it right the first time and they'll stand a better chance of getting it right the second time.
Read through the people who had good experiences with this and the people who had bad and what jobs they required done. If you french fry when you shoulda pizza'd you'll have a bad time
