Getting a template coded for WP

What's the going rate to get a complete template (xhtml/css) coded for wordpress?

I haven't had one made in quite some time now, but expect to pay $150-250 for something simple.

Maybe I payed to much or too little, who knows.

I'm not sure if my first post was clear...I have the template designed, and coded in css etc. I just need it made into a WP theme so I can use it with WP.
