For one thing, I changed my eating habits a lot.
Normal days for me were pretty much no breakfast and lots of soda all day, combined with junk food and little sleep.
I started to make sure I ate breakfast ( and made sure to eat at least 5 times a day total ) and only drink water as well as get plenty of sleep. I also pretty much have cut out all:
1. added sugars
2. carbs
and have also cut my normal portions by 50%
I've also combined it with low calorie foods as well and sometimes meal replacements with things like no/low carb shakes.
Essentially Im eating a lot of meats/seafood and cheeses, as well as certain vegetables and the such. Im also ordering low calorie meals at restaurants and picking out the higher carb foods and not eating them. Im also cutting the portion by 50% and eating the rest at another meal later.
Im actually changing into a phase now where I start to add in low amounts of carbs back into my diet and more add in exercising as well.
