Save them for a rainy day - that's what I always do. When I get 'scripts I usually try and tough it out with Advil and save the octane for when I could really use it - sleep the wrong way, pull a back muscle, crush a finger or a toe, etc.
Getting my wisdom teeth pulled this Friday... need seasons of TV shows to watch :)
