Getting the most for what you do

I am studying computer science but I can't be happy continuing my life as a computer scientist or software engineer because of this reality.

I simply think why the fuck should I let this happen? You know how much thinking and planning you gotta put into a software or a system to make things work. I am doing the heavy shit and they get bigger piece of the pie? Fuck it.

Well yeah they might have some great social skills, networks or funds, but most of the time skills and network can be gained over time if you really want this shit and you are not a total lost cause I think.

There are career paths and uni departments created to create workers for the capital system but "surprisingly" there are not much of a career related to what I am looking for, aside from finance and management.

What do you think on the matter?

Do you have any recommended books, topics or anything that could be helpful?

PS: I created a topic recently about me fucking my life. I finally started to recover myself, thank you.
