I saw about 20 WF people get kicked then a few minutes later I got kicked and can't rejoin. Not sure what I did to get kicked as I was sitting there reviewing my AdSense waiting for the show to start.

Sure would be nice to be in IRC though. Did they kill everyone who had [WF] in their name?
 


The show also finally cut in after 15 minutes. I finally get the show just in time for the first break. Sigh.
 
Yeah, I tuned in on time and then they were playing some other stuff for the first 20 minutes. And they were wondering why no one called in!
 
Yeah it was fucked up.. I had a little chat with Nuclei, their admin about it.
Shouldn't happen next week.. he said people said everyone with WF was a bot.. which is ridiculous. Nazis.

But it's settled, so it's all good now.

I just contacted my lawyer and he said webmasterradio.fm could be held responsible for damages. In fact, if there are any other WFers that are willing to join me in a class action lawsuit, I think this should be our introduction:

For the injury to reputation caused by the defendant's (webmasterradio.fm) alleged defamatory statement, the plaintiff (WFers) seek to recover both compensatory and punitive damages. Compensatory damages are being sought by the plaintiffs for recovery of the money value of his/her loss(es). These losses were incurred during repeated attempts to join irc (irc.webmasterradio.fm). The opportunity cost of said plaintiffs not performing their typical duties of keyword searches, arbitrage brainstorming and general blackhat techniques assoicated with making a living online could be in excess of $5,000,000. Punitive damages are being sought to punish the defendant for the wrongful act by the imposition of a further award to the plaintiff over and above the amount of the plaintiff's loss. Further, the paintiffs wish to institute a restraining order against "nuclei" from further actions that only "operator status" has in IRC in all IRC chatrooms.
 
I also got kicked and didn't have wf in my name. I think they just kicked everyone that had typed anything.
