I wrote a huge wall of text, but deleted it for this condensed version. On a forum, the less text it takes to get a point across, the better.

-Been in the industry 3 years.
-Made next to nothing.
-Haven't been working smart, just working hard.
-Decided to set a main goal:

3703 Atlantic Ave - Daytona Beach Shores, FL - Ocean Villas - MLS 520516 - 386 Real Estate

That guy is $600K. I'm giving myself six years. I'm 21 now. I want this by 27.

-Will be reading Automation section of site, Nicky Cakes' tutorial, Blue Hat SEO, and several other resources, instead of jumping in.
-Want to spend as little as possible.
-Once enough has been made, will continue IM, but get into real estate.
-Any tips, suggestions, etc will be helpful and appreciated.
-I will be the 1%.

Don't set your goals as material objects or things. It can only do so much for you. Better to think of goals such as "finally being independent" or achieving financia security or peace of mind. What is this house for?
 
I wish I started at 21. You will get there. Just don't be afraid to make mistakes and lose some money on the way. That's how you learn.
 
i bet im 1000x richer than avatar because i have no compassion and far less posts and no itrader points because everyone on this forum is small time and not worth working with
 
So in 3 years you must have come out with skills if not money. Use them! ... and dont be a faggot about it! ;)
