God I love accidental coverage warranties!

So my school has a partnership with IBM/Lenovo for laptops. We get a shit ton of software licenses and pretty decent laptop for well below market price. One of the things included with the package is a 3 year accidental coverage warranty.

One of things that is covered under that warranty is water damage. Water damage is actually the best way to "accidentally" destroy your laptop because it damages every part so they have to replace the entire machine. Usually they just replace your machine with the same model but not this time!

I went from a T43p to a T61p for free!!!!!!

Actually considering I didnt lie about anything when I called in the damage I don't think it would be fraud. I simply told them my laptop had suffered some water damage and that it no longer worked.
