going rate for backlinks per page rank

I was wondering what the going cost of backlinks per pagerank is at?

Mainly I'm wondering about PR4. I have a PR4 site and I would love to finally make a little money off it and quit going into the hole.

He means you could use that site to link to some of your other sites, thus helping them rank higher.
 
Pagerank for each backlink isn't really a suffecient way to determine good pricing.

Example:
One PR4 site gets 10,000 unique's per month.
Another PR4 site gets 1,000 unique's per month.

Which link is more valuable? Obviously the one with the more traffic. Therefore, you can't place pricing entirely on the PR itself, although it does hold some weight for sure. If you are trying to determine whether a link on a specific site is a good deal, do your shopping and determine if they are within the going rate in your niche or not.
