I'm a Russian immigrant and I travel there frequently. To sum it up:

-Cheaper tuition is true.
-Gorgeous, smart, and willing women.
-You are not going to be accepted by average Russians and won't probably make friends easily.
-Very extreme corruption is kind of staggering. Basic functions need bribes.
-Infrastructure is pretty bad. Expect a lot of water outages, spotty internet, huge traffic, etc.
-People there are mostly pissed off and hate life.

There's places to study Russian in the US, moron. Try your local college or community college. They taught Russian in the room next to my Chinese class in high school.

also this. a lot of women won't even talk to you if you're american (better be rich and good looking).

I like American women. They do things sexually Russian girls never dream of doing - like showering. -Yakov Smirnoff
