I go to play football and my left knee usually pains after I come back home (not during the game, but after).
Does anyone know of any exercises that I can do in the gym for such knee pain? Basically the knee pains near the hamstring, back/side of the knee and it pains only when i flex the knee (basically hell touching ass). In other words, I can do squats, leg extensions, calf raises, leg curls and other leg exercises fine without any discomfort, but if i bring my heel to touch my ass, then i get that shooting pain?
Any help?
