Good person/company for landing pages?

I would like to have a high quality landing page created, but I am not sure who or what company to turn to for this. If you know a company or person who has done high quality work for you in this area, please let me know.

I am especially interested in hearing from people who had a landing page done, and are still using the same page today with a successful return on investment.

He's quick, and the designs convert. When I go to Gio, I usually have a specific set of elements (arrows, content, where to put form, layout, etc.) to give him. He always comes back with the design I expected with the right amount of "design flare" that I could never convey.
