I clicked on the odd Google search daily doodle and found it went to an animated music video celebrates Freddy Mercury's 65th Birthday, they previously had video doodles for Charlie Chaplin and John Lennon's birthdays.
Apparently his birthday was celebrated on his actual Sep. 5 birthdate outside of the U.S. but is showing a day after Labor Day inside of the U.S.
