Been like that for months. I think they said they aren't acting as an affiliate on those - yet. Only a matter of time if they aren't selling the leads yet.

Google is also stepping into local lead gen for major verticals and encouraging SMB owners to run their own search campaigns with Google's "help".

Think about it. Ignorant SMB owners managing their own accounts with no clue of how to optimize adwords for cheap local clicks=Huge revenue boost for Google.

isee a big class action lawsuit coming. class action can defeat large companies. Look at Pharma and Big Tabbaci. I cant wait till they squeez more of us marketers, to collect the countless proofs that they are manipulating the market, and showing bias, thus even breaching their own polices..Haha. Last thing we need is the Google/Yahoo buyout. FFFFFF THAT!

Google can do whatever they want, diversify away from G by building a brand. Most sites which G is recently targeting are making money via arbitrage, they deserve to die.

Building a brand is important no matter what. My brand focused sites are the ones doing the best in google interestingly enough.

Half the people complaining about it are the same people who happily spoon-fed all of their data to Google via analytics, webmaster tools, CHROME, fucking +1, et cetera.

My laptop is wrapped in aluminum foil. It can't overheat because it's a Macbook Pro, a superior product with top-notch "form factor."
