Yea you're right they did have a phone, just checked it out. You'd think with all the money they have they could jump into the market a little better.
Everyone is copying Apple's design, but I think the patent laws are ridiculous. You shouldn't be able to patent simple designs and shit like that. It is pretty clear though that Apple started that design.
